Ahoy there!  You'll be ready to sail the seven seas in this pirate maiden's outfit from The White Armory.  I've always loved the quality of the designs at TWA.  This one is fun and includes the hat and the black pearl choker.

Nine Gown in Black from Purple Moon Creations - Group Gift (fee to join)
This stunning gown is the 9000 members group gift from Purple Moon Creations.  PM is always so generous with the quality and quantity of group gifts!  I adore this gown.  The necklace is not included and is Pounds of Pearls Black/Silver by Duh!  I've had it for quite some time now and cannot remember the cost of the necklace, but it sure suits this gown.
