Special Edition Glenna

When I was at Prism today, I could not resist this Limited Edition Glenna Sweater Dress in Autumn Leaves which just happens to be my old high school's colors.  I know, not inexpensive, but a fun trip down memory lane.  Go Hornets!

Placed on the counter at Prism, you will find this delightful beaded tank in Lavender called Shine.  With an all-over floral pattern in delicate shades of purple, this top is a hit when combined with Nathalie, the November gift from Filthy skins.  I've chosen to pair the top with Calista jeans from the November gift from Prism.  My Utopia Eyes in Deep Purple & Blue from Ikon, which I chose to frame with Honoriable Eyeliner in Black from Mock Cosmetics and Mysteria mesh lashes from Geline Cosmetics, pick up the amethyst hue.  I've accessorized with a Lazy Sunday deal called the Kaleidoscope Dangle Necklace and Earrings set from Addiction Jewelery.  This Jolie hair in Driftwood from Truth is an old favorite of mine.

This mesh tube dress from [ZD] Fashion and Accessories, available at Designer Circle, reminded me of this poem.  I love the floral accent in the sleeves and the skirt and the sweet blue color.  This dress hugs all of your curves and is available in three sizes.  My Goshi pumps in glaucous from Mstyle coordinate perfectly.  These pumps are currently on sale for 50% off! 


My skin today is a gift from Belleza called Chloe SK.  The Belleza group is not free to join, but there are several gifts available to group members including Chloe in a variety of skin tones.  When I was at Ikon yesterday picking up the latest group gift (blogged here), I saw the display of the other Eternal eye colors available, and I could not resist scooping up the blue eyes that I am wearing in this shot.  They echo the faded cobalt color of my tube dress.  She's So Mean in Vanilla from Exile perfectly complements the sun kissed tone of my Chloe skin.

I love the first weekend of the month, because of all the wonderful group gifts that become available.  Nathalie, with lavender toned eyeshadow, is the November gift from Filthy skins.  She comes with four different tones varying from dark to cream, as well as a shape, which I am not wearing in this photo.  Although this group is not free to join, the monthly gifts are well worth the joining fee.  When you join, there are other gifts available for a small fee including make up, lip gloss and red lips.  In this photo, I have layered Opal LipColor Contessa from Mock Cosmetics and Lipgloss 01 from the Filthy group offer.  My Utopia Eyes in Deep Purple from Ikon are framed with Honoriable Eyeliner in Black from Mock Cosmetics and Mozz tattoo layer lashes.  I love the way my silver tresses from Truth (called Siri) fall in soft waves leaving one shoulder bare.

This stunning outfit called Goldleaf Vanilla-Lace is one of the offerings for Sixty Linden Weekend.  With creamy silk embellished with metallic golden accents that flows with every step, I feel like a goddess in this gown.  Also included, but not shown in this view are matching sandals which have an easy to use HUD so you can customize the tint of the feet.  I was pleasantly surprised to see that I only had to slightly fine-tune the shade of the skin and was able to perfectly match my new Nathalie skin.

Urban Mayhem

Amid the bustling chaos of the city, I'm taking a break in my new Mayhem outfit from T&A Designs.  This Lucky Board prize comes with the shrug, bra, netting, hand warmers, cuffs and suspenders you see here, plus the option of wearing just the bra and short shorts with and without suspenders, too.  Of course, now that it's November, I decided to wear the longer version of the outfit.  While you are at T&A Designs, create a pick for the store, make sure your profile is available in search, then tap to board to get a second gift shown below.  I've decided to wear J's Short Lace Up boots with this outfit.  Although they are not free, I like their rugged style and felt they were a perfect fit. 

Speaking of free, have you joined Ikon's in-world group yet?  Beginning at midnight tonight, the monthly group gift will be set out.  It's only going to be yours for the tapping until Monday night, so don't delay on this one.  My Horizon Eyes in light green were not free, but they are from Ikon.  In my opinion, eyes from Ikon are the best available in SL!  You can be sure I will travel to Ikon myself this weekend and pick up the November gift.

In this photo you can see Morwyn, the profile picks reward from T&A Designs.  You can wear the shirt and the vest as I have shown, or if you are feeling more daring, just the vest.  The soft gray in the shirt is echoed by the zippers and the frayed section in the jeans included with the outfit.  The pants come with and without a belt, in boot cut and this flared version.

Sweet Golden Caramel

With a delicate floral pattern and soft yellow hue, Sweet Gold Tunic Dress from Victoria Endsleigh Couture is sure to flatter your avatar.  It was one of my fashion finds from FIFTY5 Thursdays this week.  I don't know how much longer it will be available for this bargain price, but even at full cost, this feminine beauty is well worth your linden dollars.
