With an elegant, beaded headdress, Helena, a gift from EMO-tions, is stunning!  This free hair is available at Relay For Life Fashion Fair for a short time only, so if you love it as much as I do, don't delay!  My Polly Skin in cacoa from Al Vulo (800L) beautifully sets off this formal Elegance Virginity gown from Slacy's as part of Fifty5 Thursdays for only 55L.  It's available for this price through the weekend.  For a better view, check out the picture below.  To frame my Sunrise Eyes in Dark Green from IKON SL (150L), I added Mysteria Mesh Lashes from Gaeline Creations (180L).

It's Time

It's time to gather up some of the freebies that generous designers are making available for spring.  First, Sophia NAT Spring is the gift available for VIP members of PXL Creations.  There is a fee to join this group, but the skins are amazing!  I love the touch of eyeshadow and the sprinkling of freckles across the nose.  My gorgeous tresses are a group gift (this group is free to join!) from (red) Mint.  Also included is a string of loose pearls which didn't quite match my Bianca Mesh Dress from !Rebel Hope.  With a delicate pink fabric embellished with fun dots of paler pink and purple, this frock is perfect for spring.  You can find it at The Liasion Collaborative for 375L.  Perfectly echoing the hue of the (red) Mint hair are my Sunrise Eyes in Dark Rising Sun from IKON (150L).  Miss Vanity Eyeshadow from Mock Cosmetics (40L) and Mysteria Mesh Lashes from Gaeline Creations (180L) complete my look.

Alissa in Alirium

I have a couple of freebies to show you today.  The first is a group gift from Modish, called Alissa.  Here, I am wearing the cioco shade, but you also get a lighter crema skin tone in the gift.  The group costs 10L to join, but these two skins are well worth the joining fee.  I added Tapestry Glace Lip Color (older group gift) and Miss Vanity Eyeshadow in soft brown (40L), both from Mock Cosmetics.  Mysteria Mesh Lashes from Gaeline Creations (180L) frame Sunrise Eyes in Dark Green from IKON (150L).  My necklace is a Lucky Board win from Crystal line called Rulie2.  This board is for group members only, but the group is free to join!  This adorable Alizee Outfit from To Be Unique is available at Siria's Fashion Room for only 39L.  Included with this outfit is a texture change HUD which allows you to select between 12 colors for the jumper, bolero and boots which are not shown in this snapshot.  The package also includes a necklace, earrings, rings and a belly chain which I chose not to put on today.  Finally, my hair is actually a combination of two styles from Catwa.  I am wearing Razan in espresso and added espresso colored bangs from Rosa (250L per style).

Joelle Visits TDR Fusion

 

Joelle, with her delicate pink eyeshadow, luminous complexion, and soft pink lips, is simply lovely.  Shown here with Sunrise Eyes in Dark Arabian Blue from Ikon (150L),  tattoo layer lashes from Mozz Cosmetics (150L), and Eleanora hair from Catwa (250L), she is ready for spring in a petal pink flirty top from Drift, which is available at TDR Fusion for 69L.  Joelle is a group gift from Lara Hurley Skin (the group is free to join!).  I chose to wear a pair of denim capris from CMORE Designs which are available as a promo on the Marketplace for only 10L.  In the package, you get a pair of blue (shown here) and a pair of black capris. 

Zia

With sexy red lips Zia, a gift from Nvious is sure to become a favorite  Scoop it up for 0L.  For this picture (and in the close up below), I added Funsies Eyeliner and Miss Vanity Eyeshadow in soft brown, both from Mock Cosmetics for 40L each and Mysteria Mesh Lashes from Gaeline Creations (180L on the Marketplace).  My eyes are Sunrise Eyes in Green from Ikon.  This Poet Skirt Bodysuit outfit was only 50L on the Marketplace from {Quirks}.  The skirt is a sheer, romantic lace, but I wanted to soften the look, so I added a simple pair of black leggings from Jill, which I picked up a long time ago for free.  I can't find the landmark for Jill in search, so I think the store may have closed.  My black ballet flats hail from Bound & Bitten and were a Sixty Linden Weekend find a couple of months ago (now priced at 100L).  Enigma bracelets (175L) and a necklace (200L) from LouLou & Co. and Black Angel wings from ..::DeliciouS::.. (269L) were my only accessories.  Are wings called accessories?  Lol, I don't know.....but these cute little feathery concoctions are sized just right for my avi.  Finally, my hair is a gacha prize from Clawtooth at The Arcade and is a bargain at only 75L.  

Skimpy Allusions

Group members of Allusions were treated to a fat pack of Scooped Long Sleeved Tees today in a TON of colors.  Here, I'm showing Cactus, but if green is not your shade, there are plenty more to choose from in this generous gift.  The Allusions group is free to join, and the tops are available in the group notices.  My ripped jeans in black are a freebie from Coco and Skimpy which also includes boots that I am wearing which don't show up in this picture, and a cropped hoodie that I chose not to wear.  Join the group for 0L and click the goodie bag on the counter for this gift.  Khaleesi's Temptation, available at Collabor88 from Maxi Gossamer (288L), echoes the green hue of my top, but you can also easily change the color of the gemstones with a click of your mouse.   My hair is a gacha prize from Truth Hair available at The Arcade for 100L a try.  This hair also comes with a rose headband which I chose not to include with this outfit.  My only addition to the sunkissed Polly skin from Al Vulo (800L) are tattoo layer lashes from Mozz Cosmetics (150L).  These lovely eyes are Utopia Eyes in Light Blue and Rust, an old gift from IKON (no longer free). 

Blu Abstraction

Regular readers know that my favorite skins in SL are made by Belleza, and when I found out I could get Kate Abstraction as a group gift at Club Abstraction as part of their Opening Celebration....I moseyed on over to check the club out.......oh all right, I actually tp'd over as fast as my mouse could click, but hey, who could blame me?  This skin is delicious with a touch of eyeshadow, delicately blushed cheeks, and subtly shaded lips.  My only added touch are Priscilla eyelashes from Mock Cosmetics (40L) to frame Lucid Eyes in Machine from IKON (group gift, free to join).  Have you joined the group and picked up Machine for yourself?  You only have a couple more days to do so.   Sideswept hair called "The Only Exception" from Exile left one shoulder bare at (280L).  This cute striped =blu= neck halter from Blue Slush is only 69L on the Marketplace.  My white stitched Royal Angel Jeans from Mathematical are another Marketplace find for only 20L. 

Iconic Gwen at the Arcade

These gorgeous Lucid Eyes called Machine are the latest group gift from IKON (0L, free to join).  With a subtle sheen and beautiful variation in tones, these peepers are stunning (see below for a close up).  The group is free to join, but the eyes are available for just a short time only, so don't delay!  My skin and hair are goodies from The Arcade.  Each of these items was only 100L.  Gwen 01, from Swallow features dark brows and rosy cheeks.  I added Funsies Eyeliner in smoked senna from Mock Cosmetics (40L), Sarah Jane's Bloody Lipcolor, a group gift from Mock Cosmetics (0L , fee to join), and tattoo layer lashes from Mozz Cosmetics (150L).  My loosely braided hair is Surfer Rosa in Girl Next Door, another gacha win from Clawtooth at The Arcade. 

Video Games

After many attempts, I finally made it in to The Arcade, and I'm soooo glad I persisted.  My first try at Truth Hair's gacha netted Video Games in Light Brown Fade.  It has an optional Orchids hair piece which I am not wearing for this shot.  I love the curling waves in this hair that drape over the left shoulder.  Over my Polly skin from Al Vulo, I am wearing a gift from Mock Cosmetics called Ginger Chocolate Make Over, as well as tattoo layer lashes from Mozz Cosmetics.  Deep Antique Horizon Eyes from IKON seem to glow from withing.  This weekend, after joining IKON's VIP group (which is free), you can scoop up the group gift eyes, which I will blog soon.  In my opinion, eyes from IKON are the best in SL,  and it's such a treat to receive free eyes every month.  Leaving my shoulders bare, I slipped on this Lina Scrunchy Bustier in Cream from .:vive nine:.  The soft pink color is so flattering, and at 100L, it didn't break the budget.
